Mr. Desruelle was accompanied by Mr. Paulo Drummond, IMF-CEF Director, and Mr. Khaled Abdel-Kader, IMF-CEF Deputy Director, where they met with Mr. Ghanem Al Ghenaiman, the Managing Director of Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA), Mr. Ahmad Bastaki, Executive Director for Planning and Senior Management Support, Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA), and other KIA Senior officials.
