Strengthening MENA’s Pandemic Preparedness and Health System Resilience in the Shadows of COVID-19 (PP)

COVID-19 has had devastating impacts on health, human capital as well as development all over the world. In the wake of the biggest pandemic in the last 100 years, it is now time for MENA countries to revisit pandemic preparedness and health system resilience to prepare for future shocks. Tailored for MNA policy makers, this four-day course is built on (i) the newly released World Bank report “Change Cannot Wait: Building Resilient Health Systems in the Shadow of COVID-19” and (ii) the Pandemic Preparedness and Health System Assessment Tool developed by the World Bank for MNA.
